Sir John Hawkins Lodge No.3704 was formed in 1914 and is a friendly lodge that believes in having fun. Our newer members have plenty of opportunity to be involved with lodge activities, social events, and charitable activities.
Sir John Hawkins Lodge meets at Plympton Masonic Hall on the third Tuesday of the month except in August and Tyle is at 1900hrs. The Installation meeting is held in January and that Tyle’s at 1630hrs.
Our aim, like many other lodges, is to attract new Brethren and this is improving. With a hugely knowledgeable and supportive Visiting Grand Officer, many experienced Provincial Officers with junior brethren that are keen to get involved and partake in the ritual. Since the resumption of Lodge Meetings after Covid, the lodge has focussed on having fun, whether at rehearsals, Lodge Meetings or especially during the festive board.
Held on the third Tuesday of each month, except August. Installation is in January.
